The photos of the deck below attempt to display the dramatic transformation of this highly damaged deck.  The deck was cracked in some areas while great slopes and valleys held rainwater for days in other areas.  In order to restore this deck we first installed a 2" drainage line in the most severe valleys, then installed base fill to level the deck evenly, and finally we capped the entire deck with an attractive eggshell rubber mix we call "beach" that was mixed with aliphatic binder to ensure color preservation.
